Information

The protection of scientific research achievements is a top concern for every researcher. To prevent piracy of electronic products, it is recommended to use the latest encryption chips.

the AT88SC0104C~1616C~25616C series. This series of chips features protocol authentication and ciphertext data transmission, thus providing an extremely high level of security.

The key points of the security measures are summarized as follows:

1. Data is transmitted on the line in the form of random ciphertext using a modified DES algorithm, which effectively prevents eavesdropping (and supports anti-tearing), completely eliminating the possibility of analyzing the transmitted data from recorded information.

2. A 64-bit key encryption algorithm is adopted, which cannot be reversely deduced. A brute-force attack on the encryption key would require 2^64 attempts. Even at a search speed of 10 nanoseconds per attempt (i.e., 100,000,000 attacks per second), it would still take more than 5,000 years. Therefore, even if an attacker obtains the encryption algorithm, the key cannot be found within a meaningful time frame. The analysis process is as follows:

Number of attempts completed in one day = 3,600*24*100,000,000 = 8,640,000,000,000

Number of attempts required to complete a 2^64 search = 18,446,744,073,709,551,615

Approximate time required to crack a single key (multiple keys are supported):

2*10^18 attempts * 10^(-13) days per attempt = 2,000,000 days

3. If multiple keys are used, the attack time will be even longer.

4. Thanks to the error counter function of the encryption chip, the device will self-destruct after 8 incorrect attempts.

5. Storing part of the important data or programs in the encryption chip avoids the possibility of being bypassed.

In summary, this encryption chip is the most secure device in the world today, and there is currently no possibility of it being cracked.
